I have an older 3 bedroom 1 bathroom rancher near Goldstream in Langford. The house is older and a bit rustic. I am hoping to find a roommate for December 1st. The house interior is very clean and I have really good neighbours. Very central and walking distance to all amenities. Pets can possibly be considered depending on the relationship with my pups. I can offer the room furnished or non furnished. Open to all types of humans ;)

I’m a 40 year old guy that moved to Victoria 7 years ago. Have a professional job and very reliable. I try to keep the space organized but being an older house it’s not perfect. Most importantly I would like to find someone who is a good fit.
