Cavan Street

I have recently purchased a Condo downtown Nanaimo which I will require a Roommate. You will have the Condo to yourself majority of the time as I will be living out of town. I plan on returning every 3 months for a total of 2-3 weeks at a time. I am in the process of conducting renos, new floors, paint, kitchen, etc. I will do adding some basic furnishing for living room and kitchen but no beds.

I am clean, fairly quite person. I will not be spending much time here but when I do I am going to be focused on work etc.
