Hi. I have an unfurnished room in my two bedroom apartment on the second floor, building is located close to the 401. The room is only available for October and November, as I have family moving in, in December. There is currently no parking available. Sadly, I cannot do a viewing until the move in date which is October 1st (old tenant still lives in apartment). Preferences to students/ working professionals.

Hi am David, formerly an international student from Africa, now a working professional, I don’t smoke cigarettes or smoke in the home. I drink responsible maybe on a weekend. I like to keep things clean and organized. Looking for an easy going person to take this room for October & November. We could also help each other with the moving in, especially if your current location is around Durham.
