The property is around Dundas Square/Eaton Center available starting 1st October or anytime during the month. It’s a 2 bedroom and 1 bath apartment. We can look to sign the lease for 1 year. The condo is new construction and has various amenities such as Gym, Pool, Open Jacuzzi, etc. The unit is a high rise and above the 40th Floor with a splendid view of the whole city. The unit comes with a dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, induction stove and will be centrally heated and a small balcony. Utility bills will be extra and shared with me.

I’m Aditya Arora, 24, Male from India and looking to rent a condo in Downtown, Toronto. I’m a college student at George Brown College and also working part-time. I’m looking for a person who can share the place with me, I have already spoken to a couple of agents and have shortlisted few condos as well around Dundas Square. Also, I’m a very organised person, I keep my surroundings very very clean, respect privacy and hope the same from the person who will share the apartment with me. I cook my own meals and wouldn’t mind grabbing a couple of drinks too over the weekend! Please note the budget should be around CAD 1100+ utilities and would love to know if someone’s interested.
