-power/heat/electricity/internet included in rent -we get our garbage and recycling picked up weekly -parking out front -shared bathroom/kitchen/deck/and fridge space for your own groceries -2 minute walk from downtown maple ridge and walmart -washer/dryer in rooms closet, we will coordinate times to do our laundry -caged pets allowed as long as they stay caged. Our dog has a high prey drive -420 friendly but please no others drugs including tobacco because I quit it

We live a quiet routine life. When we aren’t working we’re at home. We have a small dog who will greet you at the door and be your best friend for a snack. He usually spends his days snoozing on the floor. We smoke pot so we will gladly indulge with you. You’ll get your own room that we’ll leave alone other than to do our laundry
