Looking for 1 roommate to complete the 3 person household.

One very bright unfurnished room available in a 4 floor, 3 bedroom unfurnished townhouse with garage. The house has a garage with one available parking space, a HUGE roof terrace with stunning 360 views of Toronto, a washing machine and a drying machine, dishwasher, The available room is located next to another room on the middle floor and would be sharing a bathroom (I am on the top floor and have my own bathroom). The room is unfurnished.

The townhouse is located on Queen Street East between Leslieville and the Beaches, just 10/15 mins walk to the beach . The TTC stops directly outside the house so transport could not be easier! Lots of restaurants and bars within very easy reach.

1 year fixed contract from 1st Oct. Utility and internet bills are on top of rent, averaging around $100 a month per person. Room is $1050

I, the third person living here, am in my 30s and looking for outgoing, fun, responsible roommates who I can share a conversation with and a cup of tea or a glass of wine or beer at the end of a long day. I work out of the house as a scenic artist in film/tv 5-7 days a week so there is plenty of space for other roomies to work from home. I have a lovely, super friendly dog so any new tenants must be dog friendly. Other dogs are welcome assuming they get along. I’m looking for roommates to make a house and home, roommates who can sometimes do things together but who are also ok doing their own thing. I’m a social person and I like to do lots of fun activities, go for hikes, camping, off roading, etc or simply going to the local brewery for a drink. I am ok with having friends over, dinner parties etc (within reason of course, not every day and with agreement from all roomies).
