Close to Meridian School in Stony Plain, 4th floor facing North with balcony. Mostly just looking for someone to help pay the rent. Spacious bedrooms, galley kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, electric stove and oven. Laundry machines located on each floor. Only shared washroom unfortunately. Water bill included, currently with Epcor for power that is not included. Living room and dining room furniture provided along with kitchenware, and I have a 42 inch smart TV smarttv in main living room, totally comfortable sharing as I spend the majority of my time either out of the house or in my room.

Just me, 30 year old male, I’m a quiet roommate and don’t host parties or ever get very loud. Friendly but I am also comfortable keeping to myself depending on people’s preferences. I’d say that I’m compatible with most types of people. I try and be as conscientious and respectful as possible, although I’m still casual and I admire that in others. I do have to mention that smoking cannabis is strictly prohibited on this property, fyi.
