6 month lease for a spacious, half furnished (a bed, nightstand, and a small table) basement suite with own bathroom. There’s free access to the rest of the condo which includes a cozy living room, laundry facilities, a backyard, a half bathroom, and kitchen with all its amenities. All utilities included and the rent is $600. It is located in the Londonderry area, close to Belvedere and LRT transit.

My name is Maria, I am 18 years old and I major in neuroscience at the University of Alberta. I love travelling, reading, going on walks, listening to music, socializing, and meeting new people! Although I absolutely love everything about this place, unfortunately I have to end my lease early to care for my paralyzed aunt who lives in the South side. Therefore, I am looking for someone to sublet this lease. My other 3 roommates that room upstairs are Arlene, Hailee, and Alina. They are super sweet, caring, and honestly feel like family.
