Close to downtown Penticton and relatively close to Okanagan Lake. End unit of a string of townhouses so pretty quiet. Neighborhood is also quiet, and a great set of neighbors in the complex. Choice of 2 bedrooms. There is a deck outside to use as well which is very private. Parking is also available. Full laundry available, stove, fridge, microwave, freezer and barbecue. Storage if needed in the extra bedroom. Have an extra bed if that is needed too. Internet and utilities included in the rent. Rent and deposit are negotiable.

I am the only person living in the unit. I have a Monday to Saturday job where I am up early but in bed quite early. Have a part-time job that will have me out 1-2 nights a week. I am single, never married, and no children. I have family in town that I visit but for the most part lead a very, quiet and private life. Drama free, friendly, personable, and have had roommates before with no issues, so she be an easy transition for anyone of any age.
