Furnished newer townhome in South Edmonton near the henday and close to century park. Looking for a young professional or student renter / roommate. You’d have your own room and bathroom, but I am on a rotational schedule of being away for 10 days and back for 4, so the place would be mostly just you. I am a 30 year old male who is fairly introverted working in the architecture/construction industry. I have my small-medium sized non-shedding, hypoallergenic dog that stays with me when I’m in town. I enjoy video and board games, and the occasional drink.
