Welcome to north side paradise. It’s a 4-level split near Beaumaris lake (great lake for walks/running). There are 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a large backyard. It’s about 15 minutes from downtown and has super easy henday access. Most of the shared living space is completely furnished but there is room for some furniture if you have your own stuff. There’s also a bit of a home gym in the basement (though it doesn’t hold up to a real gym yet). It’s a pretty quiet area with mostly families or retired couples as neighbours. There is a ton of driveway and street parking available. The rent includes all utilities.

I’m looking for one or two roommates to share the entire house with. An upstairs bedroom or a downstairs bedroom are available. If there’s only two people in the house, each person would have their own full bathroom. I am likely going to be spending the majority of each year in another city for school, so there’s a good chance you will have the entire house to yourself and the other roommate, outside of holidays and summers when I am in town. The low rent doesn’t really match the quality of the place - the house is well maintained and clean, and you would have a lot of space. I’m just keeping it low because finding quality long-term roommates on the north side can be tough.

My name is Kyle, I recently moved back to Edmonton after finishing a Masters degree in Montreal. I’m pretty easy going - I like to eat clean and stay active, but I also sometimes treat my body like a trash dumpster. I don’t smoke, do drugs, or throw parties (though I might sometimes have friends over for drinks or board games). I’ve spent a long time in university and had my fair share of roommates so I’m very aware of and respectful of boundaries.
