You will have you own spacious bathroom as well as a closet outside the room. The condo is a 30 second walk to the Long Branch Go station. The building has 24 hour security, gym, party room, rooftop patio with BBQs and a hot tub. It is also a 30 second walk from a large park and a beach. All utilities included in the rent.
