2 bedrooms of a 4 bedroom house i am renting available, the 2 bedrooms share their own bathroom, so preferably looking for a single parent such as myself to occupy the other 2 bedrooms in the house… only bill on top of rent would be Bell bill which is 250 so 125 each plus half the 2300 rent. Full access to the back yard and porch.. Very large beautiful house … would also empty office to turn into a livingroom space for their own private livingroom. So essentially it would be 1275 each a month. I am not sure if an application would be required by the company that manages the property but that can be looked into after finding any suitable candidates.

Just me and my 16 year old daughter.. i work for general motors for the past 8 years working steady days right now. I was paying for everything by myself for over a year but overtime has dried up and can no longer afford it myself.
