Fully furnished Master bedroom on a high floor available for a female in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in the prestigious Cityplace - 15 fort york blvd. (Near Harbourfront)
I’m going on vacation and am looking to sublet my master bedroom to someone for the months of November, December and January. The dates can be flexible.
About the location: Facing CN towers. Sobeys - right opposite the unit. Hardly 20m. Loblaws - 5-10 min walk Shoppers - 5-10 min walk Lakeshore - 5 min walk. Many restaurants in and around the area. TTC access is right under the building.
About the unit: Lots of sunlight and en-suite laundry. You will also have your own large en-suite bathroom. Amenities like indoor pool, gym etc are available to use now. There’s a wifi already setup. The unit is fully furnished. A queen size bed, work table with monitors, dressing table, armoire, shoe rack, lots of storage space.
The living area and kitchen are to be shared with the other Roomate. You’ve all utensils and kitchen equipments to cook your own food, masalas included. There’s a TV, couch, dining table.

About the roomies
The other Roomate is a girl who occupies the other room. She is a quite person and enjoys her privacy.
