Rent $500 + 1/4 Utilities (140ish). —We have a beautiful fully furnished house with some awesome features in the charming Woodcroft Neighborhood. We have a full garage, a large yard, small deck, a pool table, and are in the midst of finishing our Dungeons and Dragons room! The room available is in our basement, off of the dnd room. Has a solid nice desk and an adjustable bed frame. A small mattress can be supplied as well if needed. You’ll be able to plug directly into the router to access our Fibre gigabite internet.

Three straight dudes all in our 20s, but we’re open to anyone. Straight, gay, trans, does not matter. We want you to be comfortable in your home. We try to keep shared spaces clean. Sometimes hangout in common areas. Quite and chill house. My dogs Waylon and Shelby also live here. They’re very sweet and active. Waylon wants to play every second of the day and Shelby will want to cuddle up and get her belly rubbed. It’s always nice to sip your morning coffee on the deck and watch these two play chase.
