HOEM is an amazing place for students to live. It is a modern building, with an amazing location, with students from different universities (Ryerson, UofT, OCAD, among others). The only requirement to live at HOEM is to be a student. Moreover, you can check their website, where you will be able to find pictures and tours about all the amenities (laundry, common rooms, gym, fitness room). (The initial installment ($2250) are for the two final months of the rent, this needs to be deposited at the when you first move in, and you will not need to pay the last two months). The contract lasts until June, please contact me if you are interested!

You will have your own room and share the bathroom with one girl! She is currently studying at OCAD and is really nice and clean. The kitchen, refrigerator, and sofa are shared with the other three girls (four people in total in the apartment), and you have a beautiful view of the city (looking at the waterfront). There are cleaning ladies that come once every two weeks, however, my roommates are super nice, open, and clean, so you do not have to worry about it. Let me know if you are interested!
