Great area in the NE close to LRT, Genesis Center and many other amenities.
Currently have 2 additional bedrooms not being used so there is more than enough space. You would also have a separate bathroom. Washer and dryer on site and lots of space in basement for storage if needed.

As long as you are ok with a small dog and and a pretty easy going roomie then you should check out the space! I work full time Mon-Fri and keep pretty busy on the weekends. I figured I have more space than I need so might as well help someone out if I can.
