Aly's room

It’s a simple, clean apartment in Pineridge. Two bedrooms, a decent sized kitchen, and main bathroom, but I will mainly use the small 2 piece bathroom in my room for getting ready, etc.

The room in for rent is a nice size, with a large window and good sized closet.

There’s a massive green space that our south facing balcony looks over.

I’m 40, have a daughter who’s 11. I share custody with my ex - 50/50 Monday to Monday. She’s a great kid and gets along with everyone. My ex and I have a great friendship and try to fit in family time with her when we can.

I’m chill, 420 friendly, and am more interested in finding a new friend to move in than just someone who shares a space. All about good vibes and having fun. I work a Mon-fri job and am home most of the time in the evenings and weekends.

I hope you also don’t have allergies as we have have two cats and two dogs, one an elderly large dog who is a big suck and loves to snuggle and one a 3 month old puppy who is a puppy but kinda chill for one. Hehe
