Tony's room

A furnished bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment (queen bed, desk, chair, dresser, closet, personal fan). Shared kitchen and bathroom. There is also a living room which is currently used for storage purposes. I store my winter tires and some hand tools there, and you could store your personal stuffs there too. Kitchen is fully-equipped with stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, pretty much more than enough for basic cooking. I own some other kitchen appliances such as Instant Pot, blender and feel free to use them as long as you take care of them. I have a lot of bowls, plates, cutlery, chopsticks, food containers that I don’t mind sharing with you. Washer and dryer are located inside the bathroom. Heating is available separately in each room. There is no A/C, however, in the summer the apartment is very cool and just one fan is adequate. Internet and electricity will be split half/half. 1 parking spot is available on the driveway right next to the building. The apartment is located in a basement of a 6-apartment building in a quiet neighborhood, close to the bus stops (205, 68, 468, 409), groceries (Provigo, Super C, Sheng Tai, Maxi)

I’m currently working as an automobile mechanic. I’m a full-time worker so most of the time I will not be home. A 26-year-old guy who is a very easy-going, respectful person. I like to keep home clean and tidy, not to spotless level but reasonably clean. Most of the time I will try to keep the volume down and I will expect you to do the same, as we respect each other’s privacy. I speak Vietnamese (mother tongue), English (fluently) and French (intermediate level).
