520$ for a private small room for rent ONLY for a working female, so please no students as the room is not large.

One unfurnished private room in the main floor (not basement) newly renovated, for rent in a detached house, ONLY for a working female (so no students please). Might get furnished if the tenant requires it. The main floor includes the kitchen, 2 washrooms (so 2 roommates per washroom), the laundry and dryer, the storage room and is shared with 2 other roommates all females renting in private rooms.

The tenant should be a clean and quiet person. No overnight guest. The rent includes all utilities and laundry. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, only 3 min walking from the bus stop and about 15min to the subway station Eglinton West by bus.

There are 3 female tenants renting there. Send an email for details and an appointment to view. Groceries (NoFrills, FreshCo, Dollarama, Canadian Tire..) banks(TD, Scotia Bank) and restaurants are nearby. Bonus: First and last rent payment will be discussed.

• As there are two tenants working from home already, we prefer someone working outside not remotely.

The upstairs will be shared with other female tenants. The landlord is a nice and friendly person.
