The house is 2 floors. 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with a kitchen (2 fridges/freezers!), living room, and is overall very spacious. There is in-house laundry and a cleaning lady comes every 3rd month (November, and then again in February 2022). The room is large! With a great spacious closet! Wifi and utilities (hydro/gas/electric) are all included! House is quiet - perfect if you’re a student and need to get work done! 480 Johnson St is also only a 5 min walk to QueensU, 10 mins to the grocery store, and about 15 mins to the downtown core of Kingston! Our house is looking for a female roommate 21 or under, who is outgoing, kind, and clean! The $850 deposit is for the first month’s rent. If you would like the room furnished, there will be an additional cost of $500 to $800 (depending on the items you would like), the furniture would then be yours! All the furniture is new (bought in September 2021), and compliments the room nicely!

4 other girls live in the house - all very friendly, clean, studious, outgoing girls! We all go to Queens University, so roommates are often busy with school work, classes, and extracurriculars. The room listed shares a bathroom with one other girl.
