Mostly furnished basement suite with a separate entrance and shared bathroom. Walking distance to the University of Regina. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, living room, and laundry in unit. No parties allowed, no smoking, no pets. Utilities and internet are included in rent. Street parking is available.

I’m the only other resident of the basement suite. I am a second year student at the University of Regina. I am tidy and do not smoke. I will be spending most of my time playing games or studying.
