Looking for a LGBTQ friendly/tidy/respectful roommate to take over a month-to-month lease of 1 bedroom in a three-bedroom townhouse. This unit features a spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen on the main floor. Storage is available in the unfinished basement and laundry is included in the unit. There is no parking included, however, street parking is available with the city.
The room available is on the smaller size. It is 6.5 feet by a little over 10 feet and currently has a queen size bed and a dresser in it. The closet is fairly spacious at 20 inches by 7 feet.

About the roomies
Roommates are young professionals in their late 20s and early 30s who enjoy socializing and having game nights. There is an older cat who also shares the space and a small/medium dog will be joining in the near future, so the potential roommate must love pets.
