I am a young professional (male) looking for a respectful housemate. Available for rent is one bedroom (comes furnished with a queen size bed and night table if you’d like) with a private bathroom. Rent is $800/month, which includes cable TV, unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry, kitchen, living area, and basement. As well there is a 3rd bedroom that serves as a guest room for friends/family, which is available for use. The kitchen is large for cooking, the entertainment room is in the basement and there’s a private back yard with a BBQ. If you have a car, you can park on the driveway. The variable utilities (heat, air conditioning, hydro and water) are approximately an additional $50/month based on monthly use.

The house ambiance is calm and inviting. The townhouse is in excellent condition and is fully furnished.

The house is located on Meilleur Private (note: when you click on the ‘View Map’ link, it incorrectly shows the house pin drop as located near Richelieu Park, whereas in reality it is located near the intersection of Landry St. and St-Charles St., just south of Beachwood Ave.). The main bus routes within a 5min. walk of the house are the 6, 7, 9, 12 and 19, and in 15mins. you’re at Rideau Mall/the ByWard Market; alternatively, it is a 5min. drive from the house if you have a car.

The house would be your home. For this reason, I’m really looking for someone who will treat this place as their own, and is interested in renting for a minimum of 6 months.
