Gordon Street

I have a large room in a townhouse complex. Home has been newly renovated. Shared home but private room with a walkout to a patio. Room is in the basement but the walk out is ground level. Bathroom and laundry are directly outside room. Heat, hydro, cable and Wifi is included.

Room mates are three other girls, all Guelph University students. One of the girls in my daughter. Looking for a responsible student, non smoker, no pets.
