Joseph's room

This is a three-bedroom detached house, with parking pad but no garage. I myself live in the master room with a private bathroom. And there’s a shared bathroom for the guestrooms. 1426sq ft. in total for two floors.

I am full time student studying online courses at Norquest College. I’m 36 years old, male, Asian. I don’t have any annoying hobby. I’m an easy going person based on mutual respect. All my previous roommates have good experiences living in my place.
