Awesome basement suite for rent in a quiet neighbour hood close to UVic. Suite is newly renovated with really nice finishings and high ceilings so it doesn’t have a basement feel. Super nice fenced backyard that has a fire pit and a hot tub for use !
About the roomies
I’m 24, and a student at UVic. Typically quiet on the weekdays but sometimes like having friends over on the weekends. I enjoy my own space but also like having game/movie/hot tub nights ! I also have a very sweet very well behaved dog who is an added bonus to living here !
