Let’s start with the biggest pro : the location. The apartment is very well located on Sherbrooke East, close to downtown. It is 10min walk from McGill, 10min walk from Lafontaine Park, and 10min walk from Berri-UQAM station. The green and orange lines are both near, which makes getting around a piece of cake! Metro and Super C are also within walking distance. Let’s not forget the endless number of shops and restaurants as the apartment is right next to Boulevard Saint-Laurent, Saint-Denis and Avenue du Parc. The neighborhood is super cool at night, with a vibrant atmosphere.

The apartment is furnished (the robot vacuum is a bonus), ultra clean (redone two years ago), and quiet (you can’t hear the neighbors or the street from the bedroom thanks to the soundproofing). There is light all day long, with an incredible view. There is even a terrace to enjoy an aperitif while watching the sun go down over Montreal.

The bedroom is also furnished, and it even has a walk-in closet and a large window! Best of all, there are two bathrooms. One is in Michail’s bedroom, so overall the other bathroom in the apartment will only be used by the new roommate. The building is secure, with a 24/7-monitored mail room, an indoor swimming pool, a sauna and a rooftop!

As for your new roommate, Michail is very nice and attentive. He is Greek, in his thirties, and is currently in CEGEP to complete his training as an intensive care nurse to be able to practice in North America. His 9-year-old dog (a femal French Bulldog) is super quiet and clean.
