Hi, I’m looking to rent one room in my two bedroom apartment.

The apartment is on the 5th floor of a fairly new building and has a huge patio with an amazing view of the north shore mountains. It is located a short walk away from everything you need… delicious bakeries, specialty butchers, cheap produce, cold beer, hot noodle soups and much more! There is easy access directly to downtown on the R5 bus route (runs until very late), as well as to the North Shore via the second narrows.

The building has an open court yard, top level bbq/party room, and is very secure and pet friendly. If required, underground parking is available.

The shared space in the apartment includes the living room, kitchen, bathroom, spare den, closet and patio. Landry is in the suite and bike storage is available in the underground. It’s mostly furnished, but I am still gathering things and open to decorating ideas.

The room has a closet and two windows facing the courtyard. The room is currently unfurnished but can help furnish if needed. It is $1,250/month plus utilities (couples considered for $1,550/month). Just ask for dimensions if you need to know exactly. Available Dec. 1st (or earlier). Pet friendly.
