Two engineers (26 & 28) looking for a third roommate to share a house. $900 plus 1/3 of utilities (gas, water, electricity, internet) in 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, double garage, newer home on Portland St. in Collingwood, available now. You would furnish your own room, the remainder of the house is already furnished. We would share all common spaces such as kitchen, living room, and unfinished basement with laundry/storage. Large bathroom on the upper level will be shared with one other roommate. Parking spot for each person included. First and last month’s rent required. Looking for solo occupancy renters (sorry, no couples or kids, no smoking/vaping and no pets). If you’re interested, don’t hesitate to contact me for more information.
