You will be taking over the bedroom that is shown in the picture. Your room is not furnished! These are just photos of when I was inhabiting that room. You also have your own bathroom with a shower/bath. There is also in-suite laundry!

You will be living with a cat and a human ;) They are very chill creatures who are easy to get along with. Thier home is your home, and all I ask is that you treat them the same way! The cat is named Luci, and the human is named Rianne!

You have your own bedroom and bathroom that is completely yours. The living space and kitchen are equally shared and everyone should feel comfortable in their own home. Rent is a flat rate - You don’t have to worry about mathing out the utilities or internet or any of those fees. $750/month, easy peasy. You will be required to apply to building management to be added onto the lease, subject to building management’s approval. You will also be required to sign a roommate agreement between you and Rianne.

The apartment is right next to the stadium and you have easy LRT access. We are right next to the River Valley if you like going for walks or runs on the trails! We are adjacent to Jasper Avenue so if you work or play downtown you have easy access to that!

We already have two pets in the apartment which means we’re pretty much maxed out - but we may be willing to consider one more on a case-by-case basis.

Luci the cat is lovely and full of adorable sass. She doesn’t like being picked up, but she loves to play and explore!

Your human roommate is Rianne! Rianne is an accepting, friendly nerd-type who loves dungeons & dragons, all kinds of games, and anything nerdy. They are a great communicator who keeps tidy without being overly intense. I loved being their roommate and if I wasn’t moving in with my partner I would have NEVER left! (Double Vaccinated and COVID conscious home)
