Avenue Charlemagne

I’m renting a room from 20th November to 2nd January. The price is $400, everything included (internet, electricity, water, heat) for the whole period.

The room is furnished and the apartment has all that is needed including a functional kitchen and bathroom, washer and dryer.

I’m looking forward to speaking with you and I’ll be happy to reply to any questions. Confidently in English or Spanish, more limited but also possible in French.

The flat has 2 other rooms where 2 caring and friendly people live. Sophie is soon to be an auxiliary nurse, Enrico takes care that everyone’s presents are arriving before the end of the year :)
