One single room with bath ($750) is available in a three bedroom townhouse. The room has plenty of natural light and ventilation. Includes a double bed mattress, work table, chair and end table. Bathroom is separate with bathtub and plenty of storage area. Shared kitchen but cleanliness must be maintained. Includes: Internet, Hydro, Water, Heat, Laundry. Plenty of parking available on the streets. Access to beautiful backyard. House is located 5 minutes drive from Walmart, Costco, restaurants. 2 minutes walk to a Park, Tim Hortons and Bus stop. About the roomies
We are a friendly family of three members (husband, wife and 4 year old daughter). I work as an Auditor in downtown Calgary. My wife recently completed is working from home. We do not party and keep a simple lifestyle. I am working on a professional course, so will spend most of my time after work in the library.
