Owner (landlord) is 64 year old retired RN. Quiet, respectful and kind. Loves animals and has one cat called Howie. Roommate should like cats. No smokers or partiers, please. Must be fully vaccinated against Covid with proof of vaccination. Mature female student preferred. Responsible, quiet roomate wanted.
