The apartment: One bedroom is available in this newly renovated 5½ apartment in Westmount. We have big windows with lots of natural light, 9ft tall ceilings, extra storage/soon to be office, a laundromat in the basement, clean and safe building. Parking is available with a city sticker. We are on the second floor of the building. The room is 92 sq. ft. Utilities - Electricity and Internet are approximately 50$ a month per person.

The room: 600$ for a private unfurnished bedroom (8.6 x10.6 ft)

The location: The apartment is located at the corner of Northcliffe ave and Sherbrooke w. Multiple stores within walking distance (multiple grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and boutiques). Basically, we have all the amenities of living in a city but with peace & quiet at night. The nearest metro station is Vendôme ( literally down the street)

We’re a sweet queer couple of over a year. Whether we’re going out, watching a movie at home or smoking a joint on the balcony, you’ll always be welcome to join in:) We are both fully bilingual in French and English.

Freya: 4 years old, she/her, Virgo, full-time affection seeker. Our lovely Cornish rex cat who will fall in love with you the second you walk in. You will often find her basking in the sun or running laps across the house.
