This listing is for the renting of the entire basement floor. The basement includes a living area, a private bedroom and a full bathroom, and a shared laundry room and storage closet.

The basement also includes a spot in the garage, a personal fridge, couches, a coffee table and a TV.

Main floor is a common area for all. Please be respectful of others including: belongings, foods, etc.

NOTE: The house is being renovated over the next few months and will have the landlords come through to construct/repair/replace areas of the house, with advance notice.

My name is Ian and I am a 23 year old currently living by myself. I am a relaxed and outgoing student. I enjoy physical activate, games, movies, music, and socializing. I am 420/Alcohol friendly and a consumer.

Please be aware i own a medium sized dog and is a nonnegotiable. I do not expect you to care for my dog, but will appreciate any help provided.
