Hello lovelies!

My name is Jenn and I’m looking for someone to occupy my furnished LARGE spare bedroom MAY 1st. A t.v can be provided too. Great lighting with a massive closet and is very cozy.

We have in suite laundry and two balcony’s for lots of outdoor balcony fun whatever what entails. Plants, hammock if you want or smoking a J. This home is smoke free inside but 420 friendly. You can smoke outside. You have one stall but there is also a bus stop right outside. Very close to whyte, downtown and west Edmonton mall.

I work a lot and am not home that often. I am busy with my social life, boyfriend, work and gym so you’ll have lots of space to yourself. I work in real estate and have a small cleaning company as well.

I like to have fun but am not interested in a roomate who brings people over and is loud when it’s late. Casual drinks and company is fine but no late parties as I like to respect my neighbours. I do own the condo so no need to worry about a lease with a landlord outside of me, we can work something out together :)
