The Apartment:

2 Bedroom apartment with 1.5 bathrooms. Second bedroom available. The shower/bath will be shared as the half bathroom is connected to my room. Room is fully furnished. We have lots of closet space, a big private balcony, dishwasher, and Internet. As well as Netflix, Prime, and Disney+. The apartment complex includes a pool, sauna, and laundry. Utilities and Internet are included in the rent.

The Location:

The apartment is located on Willingdon and Imperial street near Central Park and about 15min walking distance from Metrotown and The Crystal Mall with Dollarama, Starbucks, PetSmart, PriceSmart Foods, Walmart, Superstore and more! Basically, we are close to all the amenities of living in a city and within walking distance.

Early 30s working professional female. No Diet restrictions. Love to cook and bake and enjoys the occasional weekend camping. Pretty laid back. Enjoys the casual get togethers but also enjoys quiet nights in.

Looking for a respectful, social and kind female roommate who is responsible about rent and maintaining a clean living space. As we will be sharing a space, I would prefer to get along well with you and have similar interests and possibly build a great friendship overtime.
