Hey there! I am looking for a roommate to join me to share this beautifully Renovated 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Legal Basement Suite:

• Rent: $650 (includes all utilities except internet which will be spilt).

Overview: This open concept 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom basement suite has recently undergone an extensive top-to-bottom renovation. I am super excited to be moving in at the end of December, but I am looking for a roommate to join me on January 1st to occupy the second bedroom. The space is super modern, open, and cozy which makes it perfect for entertaining friends and family and studying (if you’re a student like me). The kitchen comes equipped with 6 stainless steel appliances (fridge, glass top stove w/ range, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and warmer drawer), granite countertops, full-height tile backsplash, and center breakfast bar/ island. There is also a spacious bathroom that has been tastefully modernized. The laundry is conveniently located outside the front door for easy-access.

A bit about the location:

• 4 minute drive to Superstore (grocery)
• 2 minute drive/ 9 minute walk to Southland LRT Station
• 15 minutes to MRU, 20 min U of C, 9 minutes to St. Mary’s University
• 5 minute drive/ 8 minute walk to Tim Horton’s, No Frill’s, Bull & Finch, etc. (Southwood Corner as seen in photo)
• Minutes away from everything Macleod Trail SE has to offer (every amenity imaginable!)

A little bit about me: I am a 22 year old psychology Honours Student at St. Mary’s University. I keep super busy with work and school and so I am not home too much. I am super keen on cleanliness and respecting other people’s space. Likewise, I am looking for a roommate who is also friendly, mature, and responsible. In my free time I love to cook, read, work out and go hiking!
