LONDON TOWNHOUSE NEAR 401 - There is one room for rent. I am the home owner and I live here as well (I am male/age 25/full-time worker). Shared kitchen and laundry. 2.5 bathrooms, so 1 will be shared between both room renters. The place is VERY clean, it was built in 2019. I am looking for a responsible and cleanly adult (preferably between the ages of 22-28). This townhouse is fully furnished other than the bedroom for rent. I can schedule a viewing upon request. *Move in date: Looking for someone to move in as soon as July 1st, 2023.
