The bedroom has a clear view of the North Shore mountains and the interior courtyard which is quieter and cooler in the summer. This place is within walking distance of shopping malls, hair salons, parks, and some of the best restaurants in the city. Being in the hub of downtown all you need is within a 10-minute walk out of your front door, as well as bus routes and Chinatown-Stadium SkyTrain station only steps away from the building. Also minutes away from Rogers arena, stadium, Parq Casino, Science World, Olympic Village, Seawall, Gastown, Costco, grocery stores, and more.

The apartment features amazing eastern and northern views and is fully furnished with 2 bathrooms with a bath and shower, in-suite washer and dryer, dishwasher, and all kitchen appliances. The rent includes all utilities (heating, electricity, water, rental insurance), internet, cable tv, Netflix and Prime subscriptions, and more. The second full bathroom is not in-suite but you would essentially have it for yourself.

Amenities in the building include a lap pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym access.

A parking stall is available in the underground parkade for an extra $90 to $100 a month.

The place is to be shared with myself. I am a professional in my 30s working downtown. Outside of work, I’m into biking, hiking and skiing, cooking, and enjoying good food. I’m pretty laid back and open-minded. I’m organized, clean and pretty quiet.
