Top Floor of this house is for rent ($675). Update: 1 room available starting January 1, 2022. Move in available after December 20th.
Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 1 full large bathroom with a tub, separate insuite washer/dryer, backyard (when there’s no snow) and access to plenty of parking in the front. It’s renovated feature are shown in photos and will be clean and ready to go. Bathroom is more upgraded now with updated vanity and new toilet. And there is furniture in the living room and dining room, but bedrooms will be unfurnished for you to customize your own space!
It’s very close to all amenities like Crestwood, brewery district, and right in the sweet spot of Edmonton! Close to downtown as well. The river valley is also just a 10minute walk and beautiful paths close by as well! It’s also 30min bus ride to almost all universities/NAIT.

Roommates are both students. They are quiet, clean, respectable and very kind. It’s easy to communicate any gratitude or concerns. Roommates keep the house temperature warm for winter and they are always respectful of space and share desserts if there’s been any baking in the kitchen. Everyone cooks so it always smells amazing and feels very comfortable and home-y.
