The suite is half furnished and will be shared with 1 other roommate. there’s a laundry room who is a shared appliance for whole house. Located close to stadium lrt station and downtown. Schools in close proximity. No smoking in the home. Pet free. the property is nice and newer home. we do have telus smart home security around the property so it is safe feeling home. We ourselves have children so we are very cautious about our surroundings so makes it more comfortable.

Well there’s 5 of us that are on main level, there is my wife myself and my 3 daughters and 1 boy soon to have at home from hospital. We are kinda of loud family but happy . We do are best to always respect People and their space and mostly we keep to ourselves .
