The Property is located in the new Neighbourhood of CHAPPELLE GARDENS, South-West Edmonton. A very beautiful, quiet neighbourhood, with Parks, Trails, and Lakes; It is close to Shopping Centres with major Groceries, Pharmacies, Medical Clinics, Banks, Restaurants, Stores, Coffee Shops, Beauty Salons, Etc. There is access to Transit / LRT; and 25 minutes by car to Downtown, to the University of Alberta, MacEwan University, and to the West Edmonton Mall.
Bedroom: The Room can be partially furnished, or unfurnished.
Rent: $600.00 payable on the Date the Lease is Signed.
Damage Deposit is half the Rent: $300.00 payable on the Date the Lease is Signed.
Utilities & Amenities: All are Inclusive: Electricity, Water, Heat, Cable, Netflix, and Internet / WiFi.
Parking: One Parking Space available in a 2-Car enclosed Attached-Garage [also Street Parking].
Rent Due Date: 1st of every Month via Interac e-Transfer.
Lease: Month-To-Month; Stipulation: One Month Notice to Vacate!
House Rules: No Pets; Be Clean & Tidy; No Drugs; No Parties; No Smoking inside the Home!
Caveat: Respect Each Other’s Space, Boundaries, & Traditions; Respect ALL the Rules!

ME: I am 36 years old; a Chartered Accountant; I keep my home & belongings clean & organised, and I take pleasure in housekeeping. I don’t smoke; I don’t drink often [When out occasionally for Dinner I do savour my meal complemented with Red Wine]; I don’t do any drugs – notwithstanding, I respect the Rights of People who choose to use any of these “Vices”. I’m described as an “Incredibly Friendly, Sociable, Intellectual; yet Distinctly Mysterious Young Lady.”
I am liberal, realistic, and passionate about life!
