I am looking for a female roommate to share a 2 bedroom main floor unit in a duplex house (bungalow). The unit has a private entrance and it is independent of the basement unit. The lease start date is negotiable.

In this unit there are: 2 bedrooms where one of them is available for rent. The available room has some furniture. There is 1 twin bed (mattress and bed frame), 1 desk, 1 bedside table and closet inside the room.

The house is in a very convenient location from where you have easy access to Mall, public transit and parks. It is located in front of the Market mall.3-4 mins walk into the mall. 53 number bus is 1 min away from the house which goes to University of Calgary in 10-15 mins, and to Brentwood station in 3-4 mins where you can access downtown easily. It is 30 mins walk to University of Calgary and 19 mins walk to Brentwood LRT. Also, 5 mins walk to Shaganappi Village shopping centre, and 23 mins walk to Walmart.

No smoking/drugs/etc, No pets, No alcohol as it is a student house.

The rent for you is $500+ 25% utilities of the bungalow + approx.$17 for the internet. The total rent with everything included would be around $590 to $630 per month.

I am a female graduate student at U of C, pursuing Computer Science. I am the only roommate you would have in this house. I am busy with my studies, quiet, neat, responsible and polite, and looking for someone with similar characteristics.
