Brynn's room

I’m looking for 1 person for a room in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath single family home on the south side of Edmonton. Almost 1700 square feet plus basement. I can provide a mattress for the room if needed but if you have your own things that’s good too. The rest of the house is fully furnished. I like things clean and would love someone who makes the effort to keep the house clean with me. There is a large deck and fenced in backyard. The house is in a nice residential area with quick access to anthony henday and Calgary trail. There is a bus route 2 minute walk away that takes you to Century Park. Grocery stores 5 minutes away and a Tim Hortons and gas station 2 minutes away. Unfortunately can’t have any other pets in the home.

I am a 21 year old female (she/her) work full time and I am also a full time university student. Vaccinated. I rarely have company over but my parents do come visit occasionally. My dog is a hypoallergenic 10lbs cross breed. She’s very sweet and mostly just stays in my room when I’m not home but she does love people.
