Backing on to Railtown Park and the Oliverbahn bike lane (102 Ave), you can walk, jog, cycle, or e-scoot wherever you need!

Triple vaccinated. I work and study at University of Alberta. I’m fairly quiet. Not big into parties but I enjoy the occasional beer. While I am cat and dog friendly, my place has many plants which present a conflict. I also do a lot of cooking so my kitchen sees a lot of action. Sustainability is important to me so I try to limit my carbon footprint. Supporter of transit and active transportation. I’m big into cycling, swing dancing, and climbing. I enjoy watching movies on occasion. I’ve been renting out my spare room for a couple years now and it is ideally located for folks who choose not to drive - lots of nearby amenities and close to transit. Parking is available though. Very convenient for students at MacEwan, Norquest, and University of Alberta.
