I’m looking for another women or a nonbinary person to become my roommate! Cats or other small animals are allowed, I have no pets but I love having them around. Most of the stuff you see in the unit will be gone.

All inclusive, including wifi. The extra door you see in the bedroom is the door to the laundry room so there’s easy access, no stairs to get to it. Just drag your basket into the hall and it’s there. Coin laundry is $3.50 a load(washer is $2 and dryer is $1.50). I have an AC already, the landlord will install it for us in the summer time. The house heats really well, there’s a heater in the bedroom that is adjustable. The apartment has it’s own entrance with a foyer. The bedroom for rent is the biggest one in the apartment. Available to students and to people on assistance. LGBTQ+ friendly! No smoking unless outside.

I’m a 20 year old women, my pronouns are she/her. I don’t smoke. I’m very open minded, I’m not loud and I’ve been described as respectful. I take other peoples mental health into consideration(depression, anxiety, PTSD, etc) so if you feel like you’re having a bad mental health day I’ll do my best to give you as much support as I can. I’m spiritual, I respect other beliefs just please respect mine as well. I don’t often bring people over, but when I do I’ll give you a 24hr notice. I expect the same from you. I do my own dishes, cook for myself and clean up after myself. I expect you to do the same. I do enjoy cooking for other people at times!
