Are you looking for an ideal spot near Carleton University? I’ve got a bedroom in my cozy 2b1b condo situated in the heart of the Hog’s Back area. 🎓 For students, this is a goldmine. Carleton is only a 30-minute walk away, and the 111 bus line straight to campus makes the morning commute a breeze.

🛍️ There are Service Canada, BMO, Tim Hortons and other services just downstairs. While McDonald’s, and Shoppers are across the street.

🛏️ There is simple furniture provided: mattress, bed, table, a drawer, and a built-in closet, with recently installed wooden floors. It’s a massive upgrade from the old carpet. 👌

💡 Heat, water, hydro and network are included. The laundry room’s on the ground floor.

⚖️ Just a heads up, I do require a credit check or reference, just to make sure we’re all on the same page.
