Ninth Avenue

I currently live in a 2 bedroom basement and looking for a female roommate. The suite includes full kitchen, microwave, fridge, laundry machine and shared bathroom. There’s a street parking available. It’s 5-8 minutes walk to 22nd station (depends on how fast you walk 😁) and there’s also a bus stop nearby.There are parks and walking trails around the area. However, pets are not allowed and no smoking. I have basic workout equipments like dumbbells and punching bag and a dartboard that you could also use. A little info about me is that I enjoy spending time outdoors like hiking and biking during the summer. I am working FT as a Healthcare professional and make sure that I set aside time to maintain cleanliness of the suite.
